"Checkmate in Chimbote"

This slim trade paperback includes five of Bob's short stories, three of them originally written in English, one translated by Brian Doyle, and this one translated by me.

The book was published in April of 2015 by the Anaphora Literary Press, a small publishing venture run by Anna Faktorovich, and released in a new edition with a different cover and different page size in September of 2017. The top photo at the left is from the 2015 edition, and the bottom photo is from the 2017 edition.
