Here’s Lindsey with her “7 C’s” assignment frosted onto a peanut-butter pie for our February 28, 2008, class. Lindsey’s friend Paris also brought in peanut-butter-pie homework that evening, but she used a light-blue frosting that just doesn’t show up in the photo I took, Sorry, Paris!
