After the last of my final exams, Laurie and I drove 1000 miles from Iowa to Virginia to spend Christmas with her parents. On December 21, we got together with members of my family: my cousins Vicki and Lee and their two sons (Matthew and Daniel), my Aunt Florence and Uncle Ben (Vicki's parents), and my cousins Lara and Sean and their three kids (Hunter, Hannah and Sarah).
