We left Maryland on Tuesday, August 19, stopped for lunch with old friends Les and Holly just outside of Cleveland, and spent the night somewhere in Indiana. The next day, August 20, we arrived in Iowa! We had lunch in Iowa City, where Laurie completed her BA and MA, and made it to Cedar Falls by late afternoon. And at 8 AM on August 21, I reported for my first day at Hawkeye Community College.
