Street Food: Haring met uitjes

Dutch herring tastes nothing like the jarred pickled stuff you find in American grocery stores. With diced onions and maybe a can of Heineken beer, it's heaven! (Some people, on the other hand, prefer a pickle. I guess there's no accounting for taste....)
