"Take One"
"One may learn that there are instances when aestheticism far transcends practicality."
This was a can't-miss sale: the entire story is a homage to Alfred Hitchcock in general and the classic suspense/comedy North by Northwest in particular. I especially like the theorizing the main character does regarding the meaning of the film's title.("I am mad but north by northwest; I can yet tell a hawk from a handsaw.")
